Do you have physical stores?
Yes! We have a physical store located in South Florida where you can view a selection of originals and prints available for purchase.
How long does it take to ship my order?
As most prints are made to order, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing and shipment. If you require expedited fulfillment, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
*Please note that selecting an expedited shipping method at checkout will not expedite the manufacturing process — your order will ship via your chosen method once production is complete.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States. However, we are happy to ship to freight forwarding companies. If you have any questions about shipping options, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Our standard shipping time ranges from 1–2 weeks. If you need your order sooner, we may be able to accommodate expedited shipping — please reach out to us with your required delivery date and we will do our best to make it work.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer e-gift cards that can be purchased directly on our website and redeemed online at checkout.
Please note that gift cards purchased at RJBoyle.com or in-store at our RJ Boyle retail location cannot be redeemed on this site.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionally offer support for PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
We accept 3 times payment thank our partner Affirm.
You will be able to choose that payment option at checkout.
Orders and Returns
Do you accept returns on made-to-order items?
Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. If your made-to-order item arrives with an issue, please contact us at graphics@rjboyle.com and include your order number and clear photos of the item.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges.
I received the wrong item, or my item is damaged. What should I do?
If you received the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or with a defect, please email us at graphics@rjboyle.com and attach clear photos of the item you received, including labels or tags if applicable. Be sure to include your order number so our team can review and assist you as quickly as possible.
I made a mistake on my order. Can it be updated or canceled?
If you made a mistake when placing your order, such as selecting the wrong size or item, please contact us at graphics@rjboyle.com with your order number and the requested change.
If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I fix it?
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at graphics@rjboyle.com. Be sure to include your order number and the correct shipping address so we can update your order before it ships. Once the change has been successfully made, we will send you a confirmation email.
