Made to Order Products

Products marked "Made to Order" typically require 10 business days to manufacture before shipment. Please note that selecting an expedited shipping method at checkout will not expedite the manufacturing process — your order will ship via your chosen method once production is complete.

Free Shipping

Free shipping orders are processed via USPS Ground, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Delivery times for these services are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout.

General Shipping

All shipping and handling charges are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination. 

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at our Lighthouse Point location during business hours: 5040 N Federal Hwy, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064 Monday – Saturday, 7am – 6pm

• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.
• Pickup orders typically require 10 business days to prepare.
• A valid ID is required at pickup. The order will not be released without confirmation that your identity matches the billing information on file.
• Orders not picked up or canceled within 15 days of the pickup notification are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Higher restocking fees may apply for customized items or large orders.
• Pickup orders are processed Monday through Saturday.

International Shipping

We accept international orders via freight forwarding. Please call us to place your order and provide your freight forwarding information.

Payment Requirement

No order will be shipped without receipt of full payment.
