Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email graphics@rjboyle.com within 7 days of receipt. Our customer support team will respond with instructions for your return. Returns or exchanges initiated without prior confirmation, or requested after 7 days of the original receipt date, will not be accepted.

All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
• Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. RJ Boyle Studio does not cover return shipping costs or provide compensation for shipping expenses.

Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for return.

Items returned without a confirmation email will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 25% may be applied depending on the nature of the return. Please contact us directly with any questions regarding whether a restocking fee applies to your order.

Custom & Made to Order

Custom and made-to-order items, including but not limited to custom boat designs, reproduction art, commissioned artwork, and swordfish bills, are final sale and non-refundable. These products are not eligible for return.

Custom Artwork & Apparel

Custom graphic artwork, custom apparel, and custom gear orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Customers will receive proofs for approval prior to the finalization or production of any custom design.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns on items purchased at a discounted price.

Gift Cards

RJ Boyle gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. If a return is approved for an item purchased using a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card.

Damages

RJ Boyle Studio is not liable for damage to products resulting from use after purchase. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Legal

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By doing business with RJ Boyle Studio and its affiliates, you agree to be bound by arbitration should any disputes arise.
