Payment is processed at the time of purchase. For made-to-order or custom items, a 50% deposit may be required at the time of order placement, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Shipping

All shipping and handling charges are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination. RJBoyleArt.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, though we will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving any issues. Free shipping orders are shipped via ground service and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept exchanges. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to issue store credit, which may be applied toward an alternative item. No order will be eligible for return without prior authorization from RJBoyleArt.com. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
